The following events have been approved by the staff for Pacificon Game Expo 2022. I'm very excited to be talking to other teachers using TTRPGs with their students at the Expo. The Expo will run the weekend of September 2-5, 2022 at the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel in Santa Clara, California. When the time and room details are finalized, I will update the post. R-338: Onboarding D&D Club Students with "Tutorial Dungeon"

Do you run D&D for students or young adults? Come play "Tutorial Dungeon" designed by Matt Kuehl. In this 1 hour session, we will run through a module designed to get new players, and new DMs, up and running. This session is designed to get us thinking about how to get our school or library TTRPG clubs running smoothly and learn a fun and easy way to get new players into the party quickly.

To start off our round-table discussion, I'll describe my experience setting-up and running a club for university aged English language learners.
